 WHAT ALL CAN WE SEE IN DISPLAY SCREEN OF MICRONTECH KILEWS KL-TCG CONTROLLER?

 Kilews latest invention KL-TCG controller with transducerized tool is able to display tightening torque, output tightening torque, output tightening status, storage tightening torque, and together with error-proof functions. This is also able to prevent errors from tightening torque, tightening the number of threads, and tightening time. With various I/O, KL-TCG can be connected to your PLC and integrated with your automation equipment and output assembly status instantly to your server or private could by Ethernet or WIFI for traceability. KILEWS tools are available with push, Lever, or external start operation in the torque display system.



All status and display screen in KL-TCG-

1.       OK signal LED- this green LED is glowing when tightening done OK.

2.       NG signal LED- this red LED is glowing when any NG coming during the tightening.

3.       OK-ALL signal LED- This yellow LED is glowing when all tightening in one group is completed.

4.       Start signal LED- This LED starts glowing when the tool is started in a forwarding position for tightening.

5.       Reverse signal LED – This led is glowing when the tool running in the reverse direction for loosening.

6.       Disable signal LED- This LED is glowing when the tool is not working (disable mode).

7.       Seven segment display- this seven-segment display of torque value.

8.       16X4 LCM display- This display shows the job no, tightening program no, thread count, torque value, tightening time, and tightening status.
